   If you have consented to receive text messages from The Circle for Peninsula Family Service, you may receive messages related to community outreach, fundraising appeals, program notifications, and event reminders.
    

3. Message Frequency
   Our SMS message frequency will range from 0 to 5 text messages monthly, but you may receive more text messages if you are participating in an active event or program.
    

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
   Message & data rates may apply.
    

5. Opt-In
   Customers can opt-in for SMS messaging through contact forms on our website (thecircleforpfs.org) or on program and event registration forms. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes or for any other purpose.
    

6. Opt-Out
   Customers can opt out of SMS messaging from The Circle for Peninsula Family Service by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted out, they will receive no further SMS communication. They can opt back in at any time by replying START.
